Diamond C utilizes a custom manufacturing system to deliver exactly what our customers order. Each Diamond C Trailer is built by the hands of one trailer builder and progresses throughout the facility independently.

When the build inspection is completed, each trailer is prepared for paint by a two step process. First, any hard debris and rough edges are removed by hand. Then, each trailer is high-pressure steam cleaned using a phosphatizing acid solution that ensures superior paint adhesion.

After the application of Valspar Supreme Acrylic paint, electrical work and all other finish work is completed in a series of steps. Upon passing its final inspection, each trailer is then staged for shipment.

Diamond C Special Features:
	•Electrical System: Extra measures are taken to promote the dependability of each Diamond C Trailer’s electrical system. All Diamond C Utility Trailer models come standard with wiring in conduit.
	•Bolts: For your future convenience, Diamond C Trailers use bolts where applicable. Parts such as jacks and rear board caps are bolted so that future maintenance is easier.
	•Structure and Frame: Diamond C Trailers are designed using structural steel sizes and weights that ensure performance under a load and maximum trailer longevity. Take note of materials used for: the trailer frame, tongue, top-rail, cross-members, and ramps.
