Rental Insurance

Leonard Truck & Trailer, Inc. requires that each renter obtain rental insurance on any Trailer. You have two options in which you can secure rental insurance.  

Option 1- Obtain an Insurance Binder / Endorsement from your existing auto insurance company (State Farm, Farmer’s, AAA, Allstate, etc). If you choose to go this route, please call the rental office at 330-538-2112 so we can send you the required paperwork to pass on to your agent. We will need to be added to your policy as a “Loss Payee” and “Additional Insured”. Please note that your insurance must be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision and liability. The limits of liability shall be at least the minimum limits required by any applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Any deductibles shall not exceed $500.00.

Option 2- Purchase Trailer rental insurance through MBA Choice at www.mbachoice.com

If you have elected MBA Choice Insurance, you can access their web site at www.mbachoice.com

The instructions below will take you step-by-step thru the process of purchasing RV Rental Insurance.

1. You will first be asked to enter your Trailer Rental dealer's policy number: 

2. Next you will be asked to select a Series/Type Number which corresponds to the size Trailer you are renting:

·                                 Select SERIES 2

3. Next fill in the check box just below our name at the top of the page verifying that Leonard Truck & Trailer, Inc. is your Trailer Rental dealer.

4. Fill in all required personal information including your name, complete address, telephone number, and email address.

5. In the area marked COVERAGE PERIOD:

·                                 Select the day the coverage is to begin (scheduled pick-up date)

·                                 Select the last day of coverage (scheduled return date)*

*NOTE: Even though you are required to return your Trailer by 4:00pm on the last day of coverage MBA Choice still charges for that entire day.

6. Click on the button labeled CALCULATE COST to see your Total Cost.

7. Click on the button labeled PROCEED WITH PURCHASE.

8. Under STEP 1 confirm all Payment Information is correct and enter your credit card number and it's expiration date.

9. Under STEP 2 read AND UNDERSTAND the Terms & Conditions and place a check in the box labeled "I accept the terms and conditions"

10. Under STEP 3 click on the button labeled SUBMIT PURCHASE INFORMATION.

11. Print out the "Proof of Coverage" and bring it with you on your scheduled departure date.
