I just thought I would send you a quick note to say how happy I am with your operation. I was there in the fall to have a used trailer I bought in Canton from another dealer and had a small problem with it and they could not fix it. I got on the Internet and found Leonard Trailer and called and made a appointment and when I arrived and was treated very well by the service manager and they fixed it in minutes. It was a simple fix. I was very happy and the service dept is great so Tuesday we were in the area and stopped to see what you had to upgrade to and Mike treated us very well and the finance man did as well. So we pick up the used trailer (but new to us) tomorrow ( Friday ) and I must say that the treatment we got in the fall from the service dept and then the service we got from Mike has made us a life long client of Leonard Trailer. You’re a great company.

We just wanted to thank you and your staff again for the great service that we received when we purchased our Elite horse trailer at the 2004 Quarter Horse Congress. We were treated exceptionally well, and we appreciate the fact that you and Sierra Conversions took the time to walk us through the trailer and show us how everything worked. As you are aware, the LQ trailer that we traded in was from another dealership that we felt had horrible customer service. They did not show us how anything worked inside the trailer. In fact, the only thing they did show us how to use was the awning at our request. Not the mention that we never owned a LQ before, so we knew pretty much nothing. Your staff, on the other hand, was very thorough. They went through the inside and outside of the trailer and treated us great!!

We love our trailer and it is a perfect fit for our needs. We truly wish that we would have purchased our first LQ from your dealership. There was no comparison in the customer service. I know that Leonard’s works hard to have great customer service and it shows. We are also confident that if we would ever need our trailer serviced that we will be taken care of. We have also talked to other individuals who have purchased trailers from you who feel the same as we do and are very happy customers. We will be happy to refer Leonard’s to aanyone who is looking for a trailer!

I purchased a Hawke dump trailer from your Bellefonte store in late 2005. I was in a hurry as my other trailer was unavailable and I needed it ASAP to finish the job I was on. I knew what I wanted as I had been shopping for dump trailers for some time now. Kim Rearick listened to my needs and showed me straight to the one I wanted. He understood I didn't have much time and made the transaction happen expediently. 

The trailer has proven invaluable to my business and has nearly paid for itself already. The money I used to spend on rentals now gets paid to me. The man hours saved not running to the rental store and back mean more productive time on the jobsites.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Leonard’s and its staff. We purchased a new Exiss livestock combo with tack area yesterday at the Quarter Horse Congress, and we received first class service. Everyone from sales to finance and the guys who took the time to hook up our new trailer and help us switch out a bunch of tack and saddles from our trade-in. Everyone was a great pleasure to work with and a great help. This is our first Exiss trailer and up to this point, we are extremely happy. Thanks to the Exiss rep and the whole Leonard’s staff. 

We shopped around Congress for the entire day, but in the end, it was the Exiss trailer. We compared and shopped around with all dealers and makes and models. We made the deal at 8:30 at night and your staff never disappeared. They stayed with us until the very end when we drove away, which was 10:00 pm.
