Priest Performance Horses and Brant Performance Horses Benefit Raffle

In Belle Center, Ohio on Saturday June 8th Priest Performance Horses and Brant Performance Horses suffered an unimaginable loss. A fire quickly and totally consumed the 60,000 square foot training facility resulting in a total loss for the trainers and their clients. Tragically the animal fatalities were 44 horses and one of the employees beloved dogs. Many of these horses were owned by youth and non pro customers. The two trainers lost all of their tack and equipment in the fire as well.

Eric Priest sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burns while heroically trying to save horses that were trapped in the barn. Eric is expected to fully recover, but faces a 30 day hospital stay and several surgeries before he gets to come home.

Leonard Truck and Trailer Inc. and Ohio Quarter Horse Foundation have created a raffle with extraordinary prizes worth over $64,000 with all revenue generated from ticket sales going to the two families to help them rebuild their livelihoods.

TICKET COST $25 PER TICKET OR 5 TICKETS FOR $100. WINNERS WILL BE DRAWN AUGUST 15th VIA LIVE STREAM EVENT.

OQHA Foundation collects all ticket sales. OQHA Foundation will remit the cash prizes upon completion of necessary documentation. Winners of the trailers are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and destination charges. Trailers are located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and may be picked up there, at no charge. Leonard Truck & Trailer Inc will collect all associated cost with trailers from the winners and perfect all paper work required by the state of residency of the winner of each trailer. Winner of the Trailers and Saddle may use the items value as credit towards a purchase of a similar item of the same or greater value if they so desire. The Ohio Quarter Horse Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to the American Quarter Horse industry.
